Our trauma recovery & crisis intervention consulting program helps individuals of all age groups and diverse backgrounds deal with trauma and guides them in healing wounds and returning to a fulfilling life. Our programs also facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduces prejudice and discrimination, and generally teaches individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively.
This mission of change and empowerment involves using Free trade and sustainable development to foster programs to teach and advocate for women's and girl's careers, household responsibilities, work-life balance, challenging stereotypical gender notions, diverse gender identities, economic and well-being, understanding business start-up and sustainability, work reintegration programs, political representation, amplify artists and authors, challenge destructive internalized beliefs, design fundraising plan, encourage and support activism on unrealistic views of femininity, breaking the cycle of violence, forced marriage, trafficking, assist survivors and economic inclusion and equal rights for women and girls. Partnering with various organizations in research leads to extensive global collaboration. Our initiatives are funded by coming subsidiaries. We are a UN Generation Equality 5 yr. Philysha C. Beneby is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a senior professional, with an eye for what makes teams succeed. She is a Petty Officer Second Class (Ret.) Navy Combat Veteran with 8 years of service. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Military and Trauma Psychology and Certified in Trauma and Addiction, Philysha has worked with all age groups and backgrounds - and is ready to lead you personally and professionally on the path to success. Her passion for trauma and crisis-related research hopes to benefit the preventive movement by enhancing intervention and treatment programs, and evolution psychology, leading to reduced intergenerational trauma, more vigorous mental health, healthier habits, equality, inclusive policies, and successful aging.
She is a Graduate honor inductee of Pi Gamma Mu, SALUTE, Honor Society, Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA), and graduate winner of the Mary Kim Ward Resilience and Service Award. Philysha is currently the co-chair, secretary, and co-convention coordinator of APA Div20 Sig Coping, Resilience, & Successful Aging. She is also on APA Div52 International Psychology Liaison Committee with future research goals involving epigenetics and intergenerational trauma among BIPOC communities.
She worked with the homeless of Palm Beach County, FL., promoting, rebuilding, healing, and advocating for veterans, disabled, men, women, children, and families of the homeless community. Aiding in completing activities of daily living, development, and implementation of coping skills, facilitating recovery plans, social integration, self-management of mental health/substance use disorders, accessing community supports, promoting physical and psychological well-being, and fostering hope and improved wellness and long-term recovery.
She is a UN Women Caucus member, advocating for women’s rights, family planning, trauma awareness, trauma-informed care, trauma response, child rights, and juvenile offender rights. Professional goals involve offering diversity solutions and trauma care to groups and populations worldwide.
